Hi, I'm

Fabrice cyuzuzo.

A passionate software engineer.

Computer science from the University of kigali in Rwanda and current software engineer at six code based in Rwanda.

About Me

I became interested in software development as I started exploring how technology could be used to solve real-world problems. As a Computer Science student in Rwanda, I've continued developing my skills through university, practical projects, and hands-on experience building web applications.

As I progressed, I started investing more of my time into personal projects and learning modern technologies. I became particularly interested in frontend development, working with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive design to build applications that are both functional and easy to use.

I also had the opportunity to gain professional experience through an internship at Six Code Rwanda, where I gained practical experience working in a professional software development environment. Today, I continue building projects involving web applications, automation, and digital solutions while growing as a Full stack Developer and exploring how technology can create meaningful solutions in Rwanda and beyond.

Full Stack React Developer Program - React.js Rwanda

3 months
  • Technologies: React | JavaScript | Node.js | Express.js | REST APIs | HTML | CSS | Git | GitHub
  • Completed a three-month intensive full-stack React development program.
  • Built practical web applications using React for frontend development and Node.js/Express for backend services.
  • Developed skills in API integration, responsive interfaces, component-based architecture, and modern development workflows.

Personal Projects

MOVA — Mobility & Recovery Platform

  • React
  • Tailwind CSS
  • LocalStorage
  • TypeScript
  • Framer Motion
  • Responsive UI
  • Vite
  • React Router
MOVA mobility and recovery platform

MOVA is a free mobility and recovery platform designed to help users build simple movement routines based on how they feel, what they want to improve, and how much time they have.

The platform combines guided mobility routines, recovery sessions, flexibility work, performance preparation, and interactive movement tools in one responsive web application.

Key features include:

  • Personalized routine generation based on user preferences.
  • Mobility, recovery, flexibility, and performance routines.
  • Interactive workout timer and exercise player.
  • Mobility self-assessment with personalized recommendations.
  • Programs and daily routine exploration.
  • Local progress tracking without requiring an account.
  • Responsive interface optimized for desktop and mobile.
  • Smooth animations and interactive UI using Framer Motion.

The frontend was built with React and TypeScript using Vite. Tailwind CSS is used for the responsive interface, while Framer Motion powers animations and transitions. React Router handles navigation between the different experiences.

MOVA demonstrates my ability to design and build a complete production-style frontend application, create reusable React components, manage application state, build interactive user flows, and deliver a polished responsive user experience.

MediCare Hospital Management System

  • React
  • Express.js
  • REST API
  • TypeScript
  • Prisma
  • Authentication
  • Node.js
  • PostgreSQL
MediCare Hospital Management System dashboard

MediCare is a full-stack Hospital Management System designed to streamline the management of patients, doctors, appointments, laboratory services, pharmacy operations, and other healthcare workflows in one centralized platform.

The system provides different functionality for healthcare staff and administrators, helping organize clinical and administrative information while reducing manual processes.

Key features include:

  • Patient management and patient records.
  • Doctor and healthcare staff management.
  • Appointment scheduling and management.
  • Laboratory management.
  • Pharmacy management.
  • Authentication and role-based access.
  • REST API integration between the frontend and backend.

The frontend was built with React and TypeScript, while the backend uses Node.js and Express.js. Prisma is used for database access with PostgreSQL as the database.

This project demonstrates my ability to build a complete full-stack application, design frontend interfaces, develop backend APIs, implement authentication, and connect a modern web application to a relational database.
